Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within the same day whenever possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer local delivery through our trusted courier partner, Atripco.
- Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery window
- Delivery options include:

- Rush same-day delivery
- Next-day delivery
GTA & Outside Ontario
Orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and outside Ontario are shipped via ground shipping.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $110
- Shipping fees for orders under $110 will be calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders.
- Orders are typically ready within 24 hours
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
